BlueBuoys Hardware Support provides IT Support in the form of telephone, remote* or
onsite visits. The help-desk is open Monday-Friday from 9.00-5.00 and provides peace
of mind for Business customers who are safe in the knowledge that support is on hand,
whenever they have an issue.

The contract can be tailored to suit the requirements of the Business. However, the
following are included as standard;

• Desktop support for PCs, Laptops and Apple Computers
• A monthly server maintenance check – including disk defragmenting, hard-drive
utilisation checks, Windows updates, Event-log and service checks, all done
remotely.
• User creation, modification and deletion
• Email account set-up for new users
• Unbiased IT Consultancy advising staff of the changes in technology and
recommending solutions that fit both budget and requirements
• Printer problems
• Internet issues

BlueBuoy engineers to access the Servers, PCs, Laptops and Macs remotely.
